End-to-End B2B Solutions

Manufacturing Solutions From Prototyping to Mass Production

From rapid sheet metal prototypes to low-volume production, NPI, mass production and turnkey assembly — one factory, one purchase order, one team accountable for your parts from first part to finished product.

Four sheet metal manufacturing stages — rapid prototyping, low volume production, mass production and turnkey assembly
Find your stage

Which manufacturing solution do you need?

Match your current quantity and project stage to the right production path. Every stage runs in the same facility, with the same engineers and the same quality system.

Compare the four stages

Which production solution is right for your project?

Volumes are typical ranges, not limits — the right stage is the one that matches your design stability and demand, not the quantity alone.

01

Incoming Material

Each batch of raw sheet metal checked for thickness, grade, and surface finish before production begins.

02

In-Process Check

First-article inspection and random sampling at every workstation: laser, bend, weld, stamp.

03

Final Inspection

Dimensions checked against customer drawings. Precision instruments used for tight-tolerance parts.

04

Shipment Audit

Packaging, labeling, and surface protection inspected before dispatch. Each batch traced.

Frequently asked questions

What is WERIX NPI process?

WERIX New Product Introduction (NPI) covers the full lifecycle: DFM review → prototype (3-7 days) → pilot batch → mass production. One factory handles every stage with single-source quality control.

What is the difference between rapid prototyping and low volume production?

Rapid prototyping (1-50 pieces, 3-7 days) uses laser cut + bend with zero tooling cost. Low volume production (50-500 pieces, 7-15 days) optimizes for repeatable quality with batch traceability.

Can WERIX handle both prototyping and mass production?

Yes. The same factory handles 1-piece prototypes through 100,000+ production runs. This eliminates the need to transfer your project between suppliers. See mass production for volume pricing.

What industries does WERIX serve?

We serve 14 industries: Telecom & Networking, Data Center & AI, New Energy, Automotive/EV, Industrial Automation, 3D Printing, Power Grid, Smart Security, Building Electrical, Digital Signage, Robotics, Banking, Consumer Electronics, and LED Lighting.

Can I move from prototype to mass production with the same supplier?

Yes, and that is the point of the model. Prototypes run on laser cutting and press brakes with no tooling cost, then transfer to turret punching or progressive die stamping when volume makes a die worthwhile — without changing factory, quality system or engineering contact.

Does WERIX handle assembly and final packaging?

Yes. Hardware insertion, riveting, TIG/MIG/spot/laser welding, gasket and wiring installation, functional testing and retail or export packaging can all be included, so the part you receive is ready for your line or your customer.

What does WERIX NPI (New Product Introduction) include?

DFM review -> prototype (3-7 days) -> pilot batch -> mass production, all in one factory with single-source quality control. The solutions overview explains how a project moves from drawing to shipment.

How do I choose between prototyping, low volume and mass production?

Match the process to volume and whether the design is frozen: 1-50 pieces laser-cut and bent, 50-500 low volume, then NPI into progressive-die stamping above a few thousand. Our prototyping, low-volume and mass production pages give the thresholds.

How does single-source manufacturing reduce project risk?

When one factory owns cutting, bending, stamping, finishing and assembly, a design change stays cheap and traceable and there is no finger-pointing between suppliers when a dimension is off. Quality, lead time and cost are managed by one accountable team. Browse industries served for examples.

Which industries benefit most from single-source manufacturing?

Telecom, data center, EV, industrial automation, robotics and medical equipment gain most, because design changes stay cheap and traceable when one factory owns cutting, bending, stamping, finishing and assembly. Browse industries served.
